We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for day or night shifts, including weekends, to care for a client in their home in the Sutton area.
6 months of previous care experience is preferable however full training, supervision and support is given to all successful candidates.
12-hour shifts days & nights from 8am to 8pm/8pm to 8am are available.
Our carer development centre comprises of interview and training rooms, and several specialist and fully-equipped skills labs for bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs, including:
Tracheostomy care- Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Airway suctioning
- Cough assist
- Autonomic Dysreflexia
- Oxygen therapy and monitoring
- Bowel management
- Enteral feeding
- Epilepsy and seizure management
- Catheter care
- Complex medication administration
- Behaviours which challenge
- Complex moving and positioning
