What you will be doing
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with mental health. Whether you have experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week with 1.45 hours unpaid breaks.

Location: 190 Barnet Road, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, EN6 2SE
Potters Bar Clinic is located in a residential area, only one minute drive from the M25 and a short bus ride from Potters Bar Train Station – with a bus stop right outside, making it an easy commute for most.

- The upper salary range is based on an hourly rate of £11.05 per hour working 37.5 hour weeks, plus one full overtime shift every week at time and a third. Base annual salary without overtime is £21,547.
