What you will be doing
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with neurological conditions. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.

The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hour shifts, working 3-4 days a week, which includes a 33% salary enhancement for night and weekend shifts (£12.63 per hour). This means that working every other weekend through the year will bring your salary to £20,280.26 (full time nights with enhancements increases your salary to £24,177).
