We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling her to live as independently as possible in her family home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a happy teenage girl who lives in Acock’s Green with her mom. She requires support throughout night on a 1:1 full time basis.
She loves all things colourful, glittery, and musical, especially her sensory toys and lights.
Spending quality time with her mom is important to her and they enjoy visiting church together on a regular basis.
To express her feelings and indicate her wants and needs she uses various facial expressions and sounds, it is important that you can understand and interpret her communication.
Throughout the night, you will be required to carry out regular observations, promoting a peaceful sleep environment and support with any personal and clinical needs.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team
Essential Experience Required
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
Desirable Experience
- Oral Suctioning
- Gastrostomy Care (PEG Feeding)
- Seizure Management
- Regular Skincare / Pressure Area Management
We have the following shifts available;
- Full Time Nights
- 10:30pm- 7:30am

Weeknights: £13.00 Per hour (Approx. £117 per 9 hour-shift)
Weekends: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £117 per 9 hour-shift)
Bank holidays: £14.50 per hour (Approx. £130.50 per 9 hour-shift)
