Healthcare and Wellbeing Customer Service Specialist Remote
Job description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer focused individuals for a dynamic customer service role. In this position, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat enquiries for a company specializing in health and wellness solutions.
Please note all Odondo roles are offered on a self-employed basis only and you are required to have your own equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to potential subscription customer enquiries promptly and accurately, providing information about our services and products.
· Assisting clinics in the sign-up process, addressing their questions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
· Maintaining a strong knowledge of our aesthetics therapy services and subscription model to assist customers effectively.
· Support clinics and healthcare professionals in the sign-up process, answering queries and triaging tech support issues.
· Maintaining a strong knowledge of our products to assist customers effectively.
· Accurately documenting all customer interactions in our platform.
· Targeting US customer-based clientele during the hours 1pm - 1am UK times
Requirements:
· Outstanding customer service background complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and effective multitasking.
· Experience with customer support software /platforms and tools
· Comprehensive client training on our products and services will be provided.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 12-18 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
