• Healthcare payer Domain is must.

• Deep Expertise and experience in US Healthcare payer operations including claims management, customer service/Member Engagement, Eligibility, Medicare and Medicaid billing, Provider contracting etc. is a must

• Experience having front ended projects in the Healthcare Payer space directly working with global clients (At least 4+ years of working onsite at client location on payer data migration, Digital transformation projects)

• Developing consulting frameworks by analyzing the technical, business, communication and regulatory requirements of clients

• Working knowledge of process functionality, payer core datasets and in depth understanding of Payer business platform(s)

• Worked on Legacy migration, DCT or platform reengineering projects with Healthcare Payer

• Serving as a health management resource, collaborate with business and technology departments to define deliverables and develop solutions that are reusable across the organization; develop program/project roadmap and timelines

• Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders. Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders in a Payer ecosystem

• PBM experience will be a plus

• Good presentation and communication skills is a must

• Knowledge of cloud migration or having worked on cloud projects with Payer clients is a plus

• Excellent Interpersonal skills, Team player with ability to work effectively with all levels of organization and individually as well

• Excellent organization and time management skills. Strong attention to detail are essential for success in this position

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Data analytics: 1 year (Preferred)
