Our client is a large well-known property management company who looks after commercial property up and down the UK. They are looking for someone to join their team based in either Slough, Reading, Watford or Cambridge. Could this be you?
As the Health, Safety and Environmental Risk Assessor, you’ll be looking after a portfolio of properties across the south of the UK.
You’ll be required to keep schedules and reports up to date following audits and drive continual improvement on the management system, compliance, and performance, providing advice and guidance as appropriate.
In this role, you will be leading a team, so previous people management would be an advantage as you will be responsible for conducting 121 reviews, training, and fun days out for your team.
Salary £40k - £47k dependent on experience

Do you hold a few of the following?
- NCRQ Level 6 Diploma in Health and Safety
- Graduate Member of IOSH - working towards Chartered status.
- NEBOSH National General Certificate
- NEBOSH National Construction Certificate
- NEBOSH Fire and Risk Management
- Legionella and Legionnaires Disease Awareness
- ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor (Occupational Health & Safety Management System)
- IEMA Internal Auditor course
