We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team at Motion Health & Fitness located in the Millennium Copthorne Hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, whilst working within a friendly environment and top quality facility.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering high quality service and strives to establish a friendly, courteous and helpful environment.
The Role:
Contract - Part-time
Hours - 8 hours per week
Location - Millennium Copthorne Hotel, Cippenham Lane, Slough, SL1 2YE
Reports to - Club Manager
Ideal Start Date - As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings and payments
- Answer membership, facility and treatment enquiries
- Support your manager to maximise revenue through proactive product sales and careful treatment diary management
- Provide information on services and most importantly, as their host, make our guests feel welcome and assist them during their stay
- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and advice offered to clients
- Developing relationships and build rapports with new and existing guests
- Oversee check-ins and check-out of all our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and fond farewell
- Proactively engage with guests, making sure every guest journey is positive and that their needs are met.
- Complete administrative tasks
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong communication/personnel skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail, planning and organisation skills
- Relaxed willingness to respond to challenges with a 'can do' attitude
- Polite and courteous
- Confident with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Computer literate
- Experience within a hotel, gym or spa reception environment (Ideal)
