A new opportunity has become available for caring enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team at The Lodge, based with the Beautiful Buckshaw Retirement Village, to provide the best quality of life for our residents!

The Lodge is made up of five separate nursing and residential communities centred around beautiful secure gardens and our Market Square that offers our residents access to a cinema, café, hairdressers and activity hubs where a dedicated activities team host creative and dementia-friendly events.

Rate of pay: £10.50 p/h, rising to £10.80 after six months.

Contracted hours: 24-36 hours p/w.

By becoming a Care Worker at The Lodge, you will support our services users to maintain their independence by helping with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs. Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence.
