Job description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Health Care Support Worker to join Withybush General Hospital’s Theatre department.
Applicants must be enthusiastic and hard-working individuals who are looking to play an integral part in the department’s multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team of practitioners, providing support to the registered staff. Applicants must possess/be prepared to work toward the NVQ - Level II Perioperative Care Qualification. A flexible approach to the needs of the service is required as is a caring nature, together with effective organisational and communication skills. Hours of duty will include internal shift rotation including out of hours working and an on-call commitment.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Numerous locations providing mental health and learning disabilities services;
Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
