We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, caring, genuine individuals to come and join our Multi-disciplinary team here on the Dementia Assessment Unit.

- To provide specialist care and planned interventions to the patients/clients within the Dementia Assessment unit and Specialist Inpatient Service.
- Under the supervision of registered health care professionals and senior healthcare staff, assist in the delivery of clinical and personal care for a defined group of patients.
- Takes leadership from Assistant Practitioner and/or Senior Healthcare support worker within a delegation framework for agreed tasks.
- Ensure patient safety is maintained and patient experience is positive by treating all patients, relatives and colleagues with respect, dignity and courtesy in accordance with Trust values.
