We specialize in care of the elderly and rehabilitation. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We strive to improve discharge planning whilst ensuring all patients are cared for holistically.

We are a 74 bedded site. Gwanwyn ward has 26 beds, Penhow ward has 24 beds and Ruperra ward has 24 beds. All wards work closely together and have excellent working relationships with the wider multidisciplinary team.
we care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day working 12 and 6 hour shifts.
Applications are invited from Health Care Support Worker’s with good communication skills both written and verbal and who are committed to providing high standards of care for patients, their families and carers within a hospital setting.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
