Tudor Court are looking for dedicated and conscientious part time night care assistant to join our friendly team. This position is for 36 hours per week over three nights. This position will involve medication administration. Experience in medication administration is desirable however training will be provided.
Please note unfortunately we do not hold a sponsorship licence for overseas candidates.
We’re seeking a caring and compassionate people who enjoys interacting with the elderly and assisting them with their daily living activities.
Candidates must be warm and friendly, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing our residents with high quality care and support.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, well-organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience in working with the elderly and those with dementia, in either a paid or voluntary capacity, is desirable however not essential as full training will be given to those who are looking to start a new an exciting career in social care.
We have partnership with an apprenticeship company and staff will be given the opportunity to complete health and social care qualifications levels 2 and 3 diploma.
We offer paid breaks and handovers and free meals when on shift as well as good tea coffee and homemade cakes!
Shifts patterns are 19.45- 08.00.
Some flexibility is required for this role and it will involve weekend working on a rotational basis.
