The Role:
Our client is a socially responsible organisation that takes pride in transforming people's lives. They are now among the largest social housing providers in the UK. They offer innovative care solutions, ranging from domiciliary care for the elderly to supported housing and care for adults, young adults with learning difficulties, as well as nursing care within residential homes.
You will be delivering a range of care and support services including administering medication, providing personal care, shopping, cleaning, and transportation, as specified in individual care and support plans.
Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the proper management of the building and its amenities to ensure the safety and comfort of tenants/customers and addressing promptly any complaints or property-related problems to maintain a high level of satisfaction among residents/customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Already achieved or willing to achieve NVQ Level 2 or Diploma in Health & Social Care
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
