Health and Care at Home is currently in search of dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our dynamic team as a Community Healthcare Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our clients with day-to-day tasks, such as; supporting with personal care, trips out to local cafes, swimming, and much more. Applicants must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. We have part and full time positions accross west and mid Cornwall.
Responsibilities:

· An ability to communicate with the people who use our services in a friendly, professional, and effective manner.
· An ability to communicate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
· The ability to remain calm and respond appropriately when faced with a crisis
· To monitor and continually review the health, wellbeing and progress of the people who you care for and support, ensuring that any concerns, changes in the persons condition or environment are recorded and reported to your line manager at the earliest possible opportunity.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-37.5 per week
Salary: From £12.00 per hour
