Job description
Successful candidate must be a Qualified Healthcare workers who provides medical care and assistance to patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. Their main responsibility is to ensure that patients receive high-quality medical care and treatment.
Typical job duties for healthcare workers may include:
- Assisting with patient care activities such as taking vital signs, administering medication, and providing basic hygiene and comfort measures
- Monitoring patient condition and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Performing diagnostic tests and interpreting results
- Educating patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatments, and prevention strategies
- Documenting patient care activities in medical records
- Maintaining a clean and safe healthcare environment
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
