We are currently looking for dedicated Health Care Assistants, willing to work across the Bridgend County Borough area to join our team, we can offer you flexible working, from morning, lunch, tea, and evening calls, a variety of shifts to suit you and the company’s needs. You will be supporting individuals to remain independent whilst living in their own homes. Promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and meeting outcomes such as personal care, nutrition, and hydration. Drivers are highly desirable but walkers can be accommodated. You will be caring and compassionate, friendly and reliable, with a positive outlook.
In this role you will:
- Engage in all daily activities.
- Light housework duties
- Support to prepare diet and fluids
- Assisting with personal care
- Administering medication
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence.

The company requires applicants to be qualified: update training and mentoring will be provided, we will support you to register with Social Care Wales and as minimum, to complete your QCF level 2 in health and social care.
