Job Description
i) Perform basic clinical tasks including serving food , assist patients in feeding and prepares snacks and hot drinks
ii) Assist patients in washing , dressing, toiletry activities and general mobility
iii) Changes bed linen, makes beds and tiding as per Service user specification
iv) Performs basic clinical tasks such as taking patients temperature and pulse, weighing , and measuring.
v) To provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards.
Experience Required ( The minimum experience and/or qualifications required)
i) Experience of working in similar role- desirable
ii) Experience of working with Service Users , in particular those that my have additional support needs- desirable
iii) Previous experience of working in similar environment - desirable
iv) NVQ LEVEL 3 or equivalent , qualification in Health and Social care desirable
v) Good command of English , written and spoken -Essential. This can be demonstrated through GSCE or IELTS or similar.
