Avaliable Job Today We are looking for a Health Care Assistant who can make a real difference and contribute to the highest standard of care to our residents.
Applicants must ensure the highest standard of care is maintained whilst assisting our elderly residents with washing, dressing and personal care and all other aspects of daily living. A person centred approach must be adopted at all times.
You must be able to manage multiple tasks through to completion and handle difficult situations sensitively, adapting promptly to the changing needs of our Elders, always demonstrating sound judgement, common sense and initiative.
To be successful in this role you must be reliable and committed to making a positive difference to our Elders and have a genuine interest and enthusiasm in delivering person centred care.
If successful you will be asked to complete a DBS check.
