The post holder would work under the supervision/guidance of a Registered
Nurse/Clinical Lead.
To assist nursing staff and the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) in the
assessment process by contributing to developing a picture of patients'
needs.

There is an exciting opportunity to join the nursing team at Bronllys Hospital as a Health Care support worker. This is a permanent position, 37.5 hours a week, working a shift pattern over 7 days including weekends and bank holidays and night shifts.
Felindre Ward is a 16 bedded acute adult in-patient Mental Health ward admitting patients for assessment and treatment.
The role is varied but extremely rewarding and the right candidate should have excellent communication skills, have the ability to prioritise work load and work well within a team.
