We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to work within our multidisciplinary team, delivering health services for people experiencing chronic/long term pain. The community based Pain Management Team provides an extensive service across Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.
CHCP Pain Management Service is committed to providing the highest quality of holistic care working in partnership with patients, their care givers and other health care providers. You will work well as an integrated member of a multi-disciplinary team supporting service delivery of individualised treatment plans for patients in a variety of health care settings.
Applicants should have experience of working in health care and experience of working in a community health care setting is an advantage. Good communication skills are essential as is an understanding of patient centered care.
