Job description
We are looking to recruit dynamic and innovative Band 3 Health Care Assistant to work across the Bridlington and Driffield Community Nursing Teams, as part of the Integrated Nursing and Conditions services within CHCP CIC.
Various hours available, up to full time.
You will be joining a dynamic and proactive nursing team working in partnership with associated health and social care providers.
This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative, and are ready for the challenge of working autonomously in a community setting,
