The community elderly virtual ward Team, deliver care closer to home. Interacting with the Consultant Interface Geriatrician, therapist, nursing and social care team
Required qualifications.
- Maths and English at GCSE C or above
- Level 2 diploma in health/ social care
- IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOUhold a full driving licence and have a car available for work on applying for this post
We are looking for a health care assistant to work supporting qualified nursing staff overnight supporting patients in their own home
