Heales Medical is a nationwide commercial provider of Occupational Health services to clients of all sizes and sectors including both public and private organisations.
We are currently seeking a Health Care Assistant/phlebotomist to work as an Occupational Health Support Assistant for our clients based around the Cambridgeshire area assisting our local nurse with on-site clinics, predominantly in Cambridge and Peterborough. In some instances, this role will work alone directly with out clients where a nurse is not required. The role will provide administrative support and undertake appropriate clinical work such as phlebotomy and health screening.
This is a peripatetic role and will be based partially from our client sites and our own clinic sites.
The Candidate.
Candidates must be a qualified phlebotomist with up to date training and experience. Previous experience with Health screening would be an advantage, but not essential.
Heales Medical works with cutting edge technology making it essential that candidates have strong IT capability. It is also important to have excellent written and spoken English. High level communication skills and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team will also be needed in order to succeed in this role.
As a peripatetic role you will need to be able to travel up to 1+ hours from your home and will need a current license and your own vehicle. (or a suitable alternative)
