As a Health and Wellbeing Programme Lead you will join an established team who focus on the design, management and evolution of standard global programmes (e.g., Energy and Resilience, Mental Health, etc.) to enhance the health, wellbeing and performance of GSK employees. In this role you can truly make a difference to the lives of our people

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure myWellbeing and Mental Health Matters programmes are deployed as planned.
  • Manage delivery of new face to face cohorts for myWellbeing to meet business needs
  • Gain stakeholder buy in and pilot programmes for Team and Leader resilience to assess feasibility and effectiveness; develop and deliver proposals to scale programmes globally including funding.
  • Manage vendors to meet current and emerging GSK health and wellbeing needs to ensure efficient and effective delivery, clinical quality and impact.
  • Work with Regional Health Promotion Leads and Business Learning Leads to plan demand and ensure the effective delivery of programmes, considering business needs, differences in culture and local delivery systems.
  • Work with Global Health Promotion Lead to agree plans and materials
  • Evaluate and report on programmes including participation, engagement, uptake, impact and cost effectiveness.
  • Seek and utilise voice of customer and qualitative/quantitative data to continually improve programme design.
  • Review the global GSK Mental Health Standard and propose revisions needed for 2024 July refresh

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or relevant post graduate degree in Health Promotion, public health, EHS or relevant experience
  • Demonstrable experience designing and deploying health and wellbeing programmes across countries/cultures in a global organisation with scale and complexity.
  • Consulting skills including the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders, understand customers’ needs and adapt programme delivery modes to meet business needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Focus on data to manage vendors with business acumen, contract and negotiation experience to ensure service delivery and value for money
  • Project management and/or ADP certification
