Health and Social Care Trainer/Assessor
LONDON ACADEMY is looking for a Health and social care trainer/Assessor who has experience in the hospitality sector to assist with End Point Assessments for LEVEL 1 & 2 hospitality related certificates. The positions are flexible ; however they do demand on-site presence.

Hours: Worker Contract,
Purpose and Objectives:
- Assuring that End Point Assessments are conducted independently and in accordance with LACAH's quality assurance standards.
- To perform evaluations using the assessment instruments indicated in the End Point Assessment plan.
Qualification :
Should have any one of following ,
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the work Environment ;or
- Level 2 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement;or
- A1 Assess Candidate Performace Using a Range of Methods ;
- D32 Assess Candidates Performance and D33 Assess Candidates Using Different Sources of Evidance;
Show current evidence of continuing professional development in assessment and quality assurance
Duties and Responsibilities:
- During the Practical Observation and Professional Discussion, evaluating the apprentice against the relevant Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours in accordance with the End Point Assessment plan.
- Upload assessment reports on time and in accordance with NOCN's service level agreements.
- Be able to identify gaps in the apprentice's KSBs and prepare for examinations in a timely manner.43YDG
- Be able to quickly establish a connection with apprentices so that they can give their best performance during evaluations
- Participating in hands-on CPD in their subject area to keep their knowledge current.
- When performing assessments, represent NOCN in a professional manner.
- Ensuring that all data is secure and adhering to GDPR regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Must have up to date knowledge and proven experience in Kitchen operations in a Hospitality environment.
- Induction of learners completing relevant enrolment documentation.
- Carry out observations and 1-1 learning sessions at follow up visits.
- Assess learner competence and underpinning knowledge, ensuring this is captured with evidence generated.
- Take part in graded observations which form part of Logistica Trainings robust quality assurance process.
- Demonstrate effective caseload management (40 learners)
- Ensure that all learners achieve timely before their planned end date.

Salary: £75.00-£125.00 per day
