Our client is an Ofsted 'Good' rated training provider who has been providing Apprenticeship programmes for 15 years across London and South West England.
Our client is seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Assessor to deliver Health and Social Care apprenticeship programmes from L2 - L5, whilst incorporating the effective use of digital technology. They are looking for assessors who are motivational, engaging and inspiring, demonstrating exceptional communication skills with both learners and employers.
Some of your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering healthcare qualifications in accordance to the Apprenticeship Framework
- Planning lessons in accordance to course standards
- Planning and implementing learner progress reviews
- Maintaining a record of learners progression
- To encourage professional development of learners
- Building and developing relationships with Employers
- To ensure all learners receive feedback in a timely manner
- To adapt your teaching methods to suit the needs of learners
- To effectively manage cohorts of learners
- To report all learner safeguarding issues to the authorised Safeguarding Officer
- Communicate effectively across the organisation at all levels

Essential Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications related to Health and Social Care (Up to L5 highly preferred)
- Teaching and Assessing qualifications - PTLLS/D32/D33/A1 or TAQA.
- Some teaching experience delivering apprenticeship programmes to learners
- Confident with using technology and programmes such as Microsoft Suite
- Strong organisational and administration skills
Please note this is a remote/hybrid role with occasional visits to learners during assessments periods.

Salary: £150.00-£200.00 per day
