Our client is a well known and leading brand within this exciting and dynamic sector. With a complex and diverse operation and an obsession for standards and operational excellence this is a fantastic opportunity for a high calibre individual to join as Health and Safety Manager.
Role
As Health & Safety and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for providing expertise and resource to bring about a safe working environment, minimising risk to the business whilst embedding a safe working culture for all employees, customers and visitors. This business is looking to further their Health & Safety policy and procedures, drive compliance and further increase workforce engagement and develop a more safety orientated culture. With a complex multi-site operation across this role will involve significant stakeholder management in both the office and also out in the field.
Person
This is a broad role and you must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in Health and Safety, Compliance and Audit. Given the focus of this role, communication skills and engagement are paramount, to enable you to inspire those around you to act responsibly. You must also be able to evidence the creation of documentation, process and procedure as the business drives the agenda internally. You will have ideally worked in the retail sector or have managed across large multi-site locations.

Salary: £65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
