Job description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Waiter/Waitress to join our 2 Rosette Restaurant, The Game Bird at The Stafford London Hotel.

About the role, what will I be doing?
- Providing an exceptional guest service experience
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Setting up and packing down the restaurant
- Interacting with customers and assessing their needs and preferences, comfortable with making recommendations
- Providing excellent customer service and memorable guest experiences
- Ensuring you have knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menus
- Being responsible for the management of junior staff and their learning and development
- And most importantly have passion for food & beverage and willingness to learn
