Head Waiter/Waitress

The kitchen team is headed up by Chef Patron Santiago Lastra and was awarded a Michelin star in 2022, followed by being named 23rd in the World’s 50 Best in 2023. As KOL continues its success, we’re looking for a Head Waiter/waitress to join the team, who will be overseeing the guest experience during service.

As a Head Waiter/Waitress at KOL, we can offer you:

• Up to £40,000 salary, inclusive of service charge, dependent on your experience

A KOL Head Waiter/Waitress is:

• A hands-on, natural leader who is responsible for the guest experience and the management of a section in the dining room

• An enthusiastic and proactive individual, who will train and nurture the rest of the dining room team

• Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine and hospitality, a love of other culture, Mexican is desireable but not essential

• Able to work with integrity, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
