We are currently recruiting for a Head Lobby Host for Our The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join our iconic The May Fair Hotel and Front Office Team as Head Lobby Host.
As a Head Lobby Host, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guest, including check and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires.
Supervising the reception team to ensure they exceed guest expectations.
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards, exceeding guest expectations.
About You:
Previous hotel reception supervisory experience required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365.
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
