A global, luxury fashion retailer is looking to hire a head of wholesale to join its UK and Nordics operational team. The company is an instantly recognising brand name, synonymous with product quality and a loyal customer base that has been grown over the one hundred years the company has traded. The head of wholesale will oversee the commercial performance and relationship with key brand partners across the UK, Ireland and Nordics totalling eight countries. You will be responsible for the commercial performance across all wholesale and concession sales channels. The role manages an already established team including two sales managers and a team of executives and administrators. This role will also include a degree of international travel across the Nordics region.

They are looking for an established retail professional who is currently operating at a head of wholesale or equivalent level. You will have gained experience across wholesale and concession channels and have developed a network of relationships with all the right contacts within the market. The ideal candidate will come from luxury or premium fashion retail, international exposure is advantageous but not essential.

In return they are offering a salary of up to £80,000 per year, with the opportunity to earn an additional £16,000 in bonus, paid annually. The role also comes with family healthcare and an enhanced contributory pension scheme that you would expect for this level of appointment. The company adopts a hybrid working model of three days office/field based and two days from home.
