We have a unique opportunity for an outcome focussed, commercial and financially astute individual to join us and lead a team of transformation specialists. The Head of Transformation Delivery will be passionate about our portfolio and programmes, ensuring that initiatives are shaped, planned and delivered to meet our ambitious strategic objectives.
A bit about the job:
This role is key to the business as the post holder will spearhead significant change across a wide range of business areas. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a multi-million-pound, complex change portfolio which will require you to lead and collaborate at all levels.
Acting as the single point of accountability for shaping and leading the change portfolio in one or more of our UKL business units. You will be working in close collaboration with Director of Transformation, Strategic Development, Portfolio Office, MDs, business sponsors, IT Business Partners, Finance, Programme Managers and impacted stakeholders throughout the Transformation lifecycle.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Extensive change experience, specifically within change portfolio management
- Shaping & overseeing the delivery of multi-million (££) complex change portfolios
- Strong track record of change delivery; capable in the shaping and delivery of projects
- Experience gained from working in a regulatory and commercial environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills both internally and externally
What you’ll get for this role:
- Salary between £120,000 - £140,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

- Eligibility for annual performance bonus of between 0% - 50%
