Your new role at NewDay
The Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for ensuring NewDay attracts and onboards top talent to sustain a high performing and growing company. You’ll be committed to constantly raising the bar, using data to drive improvements across the end-to-end hiring process. Leading a team of nine, you’ll report directly to the CPO and will be a member of the People Leadership Team, contributing to a wider People Strategy for NewDay.
This is a 15 month parental leave cover on a fixed term contract basis.
0-12 months you’ll deliver
- Continue to deliver against a 1000 day strategic transformation plan (building on a strong base) for the TA Team
- Support newly hired team members to reduce reliance on agencies and time to offer.
- Embed a new (Jan 2023) EVP with the ambition to build NewDay’s reputation as a destination employer for tech talent
What you’ll bring
We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:
- Leading and developing TA teams in fast-growing tech companies
- Contractor (IR35) and RPO management
- Presenting to senior management (ExCo/Board level)
- Consistent record of “shifting the dial” on TA metrics including reducing reliance on agencies
- Enhancing employer brand through creative use of attraction channels
And would love you to know or learn:
- Experience of rolling out new assessment frameworks, including psychometric testing
