UK/EU Head of Supply Chain

General Summary
Wicked Foods manages relationships with numerous Manufacturers and Logistics providers in the UK, EU and beyond, to bring the highest quality plant based food products to market. The UK/EU Head of Supply Chain will manage all aspects of the UK and EU Supply Chain from Strategy and Design through to Execution. This role will support regional responsiveness while ensuring alignment to our global business strategy.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Supply Chain leadership to support the commercialization and supply optimization of the Wicked Brand across the UK and EU
- Design and relationship management of the Supply Chain route to market for the UK/EU
- Manufacturing and Warehousing relations including building key partnerships aligned to global business needs
- Project management for onboarding of new Manufacturers, Warehouses, and Transportation partners
- Budgetary accountability for the UK and EU Supply Chain budgets
- Master data collection and product optimization to deliver lower logistics costs
- Manage multiple food temperature channels and routes to market by temp channel including DSD, B2B and DTC across our partners
- Work collaboratively with our UK and EU teams to optimize routes to market in a matrix organization with our global supply chain team
- Other Supply Chain related tasks as needed
Education and Experience
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or other related discipline
- Depth of knowledge and experience in Strategic, Operational and Tactical Supply Chain Mgt Principles and Fundamentals
- Minimum 10 years combination of grocery supply chain experience across order to cash, procure to pay, new product development, warehouse management, logistics, and international trading in the food sector
- Strong people leadership skillset including a minimum of 5 years experience managing direct reports
- Creative problem solver, solution oriented, self-motivated, Partnership Builder
- Excellent verbal and digital communicator (English required, additional languages a bonus)
- Computer competency to include ERP systems (Preferably Netsuite), 3PL WMS Systems, PLM Systems (Centric 8 Preferred) and MS Office
- Role is based in the UK primarily from home. Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time including car, train, airplanes mainly targeting the UK and Europe
- Must have a valid passport and driver’s license
Position will report to Vice President of Global Operations and will work closely in partnership with our UK/EU Commercial teams.

Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
