The Opportunity
:

Reporting into the Student Experience Director, the postholder will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring high-performing Student Success teams to deliver end-to-end support of both Blended and Distance Learning Students. You will be responsible for the strategic shape of the team, using data-led analysis to inform the development and delivery of services that are most effective in increasing student outcomes and are aligned to sector best practice, but also, and more importantly, suit the needs of Arden's student body. We are looking for someone with the breadth of experience and the ability to deal with matters in a professional manner across a range of student, staff and partner stakeholder interests.

About You:

We would like to hear from applicants who have a successful track record in Student Experience within the Education sector, who have a strong background in strategic planning, data analysis and management. We need you to bring your knowledge of the developments in the Higher Education space and other professional settings so that we can continue to evolve and be at the forefront of student success.
