Reporting through to Hanne, our Global Strategy Director, your key stakeholders will be the UK&I leadership team who you’ll collaborate with closely to produce credible analysis, growth opportunities and challenges, helping them make decisions that will inspire the world to love great coffee.

A bit about the role...
Fuelled by great coffee, we’re innovative, ambitious and on a growth journey like no other, and this role will help us drive amazing growth for Costa, which is what we’re all about right now. Day to day, you’ll be providing timely analysis, making informed recommendations on strategic planning, directing and co-ordinating activities to manage and implement our transformation programme across UK&I, whilst working alongside the great team in global transformation. What could be better than that?
- Work across functions (global and local) to identify executional roadblocks.
- Support the process of new market prioritisation and working closely with proposition leads and GMs to assess/develop plans for new market entries.
- Lead targeted strategic support on certain 5-year plan business initiatives.
- Collation and review of exec-level performance and progress reporting.
