We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Strategy Consulting to join our Expert360 team based in the beautiful Sydney, Australia. As the Senior Strategy Manager you will join a thriving community of passionate Experts and will take a lead in driving out the development and execution of robust enterprise strategies on behalf of our clients.
As the Head of Strategy Consulting you will play a key role working as part of our strategy team and will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our clients most important strategic initiatives, creating plans and strategies to amplify transformation and long-term growth, as well as driving the company's strategic objectives forward. You will be responsible for the delivery of strategic projects including ensuring interdependencies, critical paths and deliverable dates are aligned and achievable.
We are seeking an energetic, adaptable consulting leader with a diverse set of strategic management tools who can work well with stakeholders and partner at all levels. An ability to think critically, plan and execute effectively, lead change management and be comfortable with ambiguity.
Ideally you will be an individual with a strong corporate strategy background, with previous experience working for a recognized global Management Consultancy firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, LEK, Roland Berger, along with a blend of industry and consulting experience with excellent c-suite stakeholder engagement skills.

You will be responsible for:
- Plan and lead discussions with leadership and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
- Develop tools and templates to provide the Executive team visibility into project progress and enable escalation of roadblocks
- Managing strategic projects utilising problem solving frameworks
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues, and escalate to leadership as required
- Lead specific workstreams, owning deliverables and driving completion of strategic projects
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive change management to ensure alignment to program goals and deliverables
- Manage the strategic portfolio of activities across key identified areas of need
- 6-9 years relevant work experience within a management consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG or the likes of Kearney, LEK, Monitor Deloitte etc.
- Strong demonstrated experience in both implementation and ownership of the completed project deliverables (ROI and benefits realisation)
- Ability to execute against strategic initiatives, identifying solutions, expected results and leading successful deployment of solutions
- Proven relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to be able to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence senior executives and work across diverse business groups
- Experience leading high performing teams
- Ability to identify, manage and monitor remediation of any potential risks and impediments that affect program scope, schedule, and quality, escalating unresolved items in a timely manner
- Strong academic background in finance, business, or economics, MBA preferred
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex topics and lead problem-solving from definition to implementation
