Description du poste We are looking for a Head of Sales for one of our clients, an international consultancy firm based in London. The candidate will be responsible for leading the overall sales strategy and prospecting new clients whilst maintaining existing clients' satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive sustainable growth. Main duties and responsibilities: Manage the sales team and support internal departments Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth Define and implement key performance indicators and targets Adjust strategies accordingly with the sales forecasts Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for business growth Review and update business processes as necessary Cultivate and build strong relationships with existing and new clients Complete weekly sales report Profil A strong track record in successfully driving sales and building client relationships Strong Team management skills 5+ years of experience in similar role Proven track record negotiating contracts and closing sales.
