Job description

Cledara is looking for a Head of Sales Development to join our rapidly growing sales team in London to help take our SDR team to the next level as we scale. The SDR team is the fastest-growing team at Cledara and is critical to our continued success. You are tasked with coaching, leading, and mentoring a team of Sales Development Representatives and owning the entire SDR function.

We help companies in the USA, UK, and Europe become more successful users of SaaS by unifying and automating the whole SaaS journey in a business - discovery, purchase, management, and cancellation. Tasks

  • You will be the CEO of your team: responsible for your own targets and responsible for the total SDR function
  • Coaching of SDRs including setting up effective individual training plans, one-to-one training, and weekly training.
  • Review, Create and Improve on messaging to improve connect and conversion rates
  • Ensuring all reports are adhering to company values
  • Day to Day Management of SDR Teams Lead including weekly 1-2-1s to discuss both personal and professional matters
  • Performance analysis of reps including Performance against quota, Overall Activity, administrative performance (CRM management etc.)
  • Delivery of ad hoc reporting where necessary including a good knowledge of salesforce reporting
  • Recruitment and managing the 360 recruitment of new SDRs together with our talent team
  • Leading by example, ensuring they themselves are adhering to Cledara’s core values and meeting the expectations they set for the team themselves.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including liaising interdepartmentally. Most notably working with the AE, Marketing, Product, and Sales Ops teams
  • Retaining top talent within the team
  • Identify opportunities for better process and/or structure to drive improved efficiency.
Requirements

  • Has 2+ years in a sales management role, ideally within a fast growing environment
  • Has experience with SaaS product and business models
  • Has strong communication skills (both oral & written)
  • Has lots of energy and ambition to go far in your career Is a real team player and wants to be part of our success story
