From staff augmentation to comprehensive implementation projects, our goal is to build trust with our clients, serving as a consistent, transparent and reliable IT partner in all their endeavours.Role OverviewYou will lead the expansion of our IT consultancy services to new regions and markets focusing primarily on winning contracts and achieving Weigandt’s revenue growth targets. While we have a dedicated team of key account managers who maintain our existing clients, this role is about breaking new ground and expanding our portfolio. We are looking for a strategic and result-focused person with a strong sales prevalence mindset. First you’ll work alone in order to onboard and scale the Sales operations, then after achieving initial success you’ll hire and train the team you need to execute sales and marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategize and plan Growth initiatives for New Clients:Develop a strategic approach for winning clients from our target companies' list, including creation of the Account plans and go-to-market planReview existing sales and marketing materials and update them where neededCreate sales and revenue plans which match company growth plansEstablish accurate reporting to precisely track marketing and lead generation activities, opportunities and dealsLead marketing initiatives to bolster brand visibility,Nurture our partnerships with vendorsAchieve quarterly targets for contract and revenue:Drive lead and opportunity generation by leveraging your established networkBe responsible for all necessary steps during the sales process including proposal preparation and deliveryManage contract negotiations and procurement process towards landing the dealsScale sales operations:Recognising our absence of a robust sales infrastructure, your responsibility is to establish sales operations and capacityImplement effective sales processes and tools, and introduce metrics to monitor and refine performance continuallyPlan and lead an expansion of the sales operations to other target territories (MENA, Benelux, Germany, SE Asia, Nordic), utilizing the achieved success on the UK marketIterative Refinement:Adopt a data-centric approach to consistently evaluate and refine growth strategies, ensuring they remain relevant and impactfulFoster a culture centred around business growth and delivery excellenceRequirementsProven experience in selling IT services to large Retail enterprise clients worth £5M+ per yearWide experience working with clients in the Retail industryStrong understanding of Retail business processes and industry trendsStrong understanding of UK IT services market for Retail companiesExperience managing strategic partnerships with tech vendors e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, etc.Active network within leading UK Retail companiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science; an MBA would be an advantageFluency in EnglishBe prepared to travelNice to have:Acquaintance with the Oracle Retail product suiteRecommendations from IT consultancy partnersProficiency in other languagesBenefitsGenerous compensation involving bonus part based on the commercial result and performance, individually tailored contract, goals and objectivesYou’ll be one of the key figures within our Management team, standing at the very grounds of our go-to-market success story5-day work week, national holidays includedFully compensated vacations and 7 duvet days per yearBusiness, travel and representative expenses are coveredYou’ll be a creator and a trustful leadership mentor with a great opportunity to change the company’s future.Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £70,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
