Head of Repairs
About the role
We’re making some improvements to the way we manage and deliver asset management and repair services to benefit our residents and have created three exciting new, key positions to drive forward this work: Head of Asset Delivery, Head of Asset Strategy and Head of Repairs. As Head of Repairs you will lead a high performing repairs service as an integrated function of an established housing association. You will be providing management and leadership to a range of operational services teams working to deliver services to our tenants.
As a qualified, experienced and driven individual you will achieve this work in collaboration with the other members of the Wider Management Team by working actively to support the broader activities and aspirations of PCH as a whole.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who has:
- experience working at a senior level in a repairs role.
- experience of programme planning and project delivery
- a track record of strong and effective leadership, with proven ability to provide vision and direction to individuals and teams to gain ownership and commitment
