Full-time 37.5hrs pw
Salary £33,820
9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Community360 has a proven track record of already providing transport services in both Colchester and Maldon. The Scheme improves the transport provision for people in the local community who have limited mobility (be it through permanent or temporary disablement, illness, accident or age) or who would otherwise be socially excluded or geographically isolated.We have also recently merged with Chelmsford Community Transport offering the same service within this area.
The Position
As a senior member of the Leadership Team, the Head of Programmes is responsible for leading and driving the day-to-day operational delivery of the C360 programmes of work to ultimately achieve the best standards and outcomes for citizens in Essex. Main areas of responsibility include:
a) Overseeing C360 frontline programmes of work, ensuring quality of work at all times.
b) Managing a proactive and innovative team of staff who are committed to improving the transport provision for the local community.
c) Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met (KPIs).
d) Maintaining and enhancing C360’s position as a market leader in providing excellent customer service and provision of our transport services for those with limited mobility.
We would like someone who has:
· Experience of leading and developing a transport scheme
· The ability to deliver on the strategic demands of a forward-thinking charity, be flexible and adaptable to the needs of our changing environment
· Strong project and team management experience
· Great interpersonal skills to work across communities
· The ability to multi-task within a dynamic, fast paced, and changing environment
· A “can do” attitude with innovative ideas and the ability to oversee the delivery of services on time, efficiently and ensuring a high-quality service at all times.
