The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Head of Product Training Strategy based in Chertsey with hybrid home working. This is a permanent position with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client Samsung, offering a salary of £58,000 per annum with a great bonus.

The Role
As the Head of Product Training Strategy, you will be responsible for the strategy and direction of Samsung’s digital products and sales training on new technologies launching across customer channels and SEUK Mobile staff driving advocacy and sell-out. This includes e-learning initiatives and further involvement in the planning, developing and evaluation of all current and new programmes across all Mobile training, to meet departmental goals and objectives.
You will be tasked with the development of effective Learning and Development plans which increase individual capability aligned to Samsung’s requirements. Liaising with senior management you will make sure that all learning solutions are delivered on time and to cost, driving improved business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for the day-to-day management of the HQ training operation overseeing the creation of training content, and e-learning ambassador touchpoints
Leading a high-performing Senior HQ Training management team, liaising/communicating with external vendors
Measuring and evaluating all training, which is delivered via digital touchpoints as well as content for its added value to the business
Ensuring ROI is demonstrated across all plans and initiatives driving business wide commercial KPIs
Creating Innovative strategies using the latest trends in behavioural science in the way people consume media and learn
Working closely with internal teams to deliver performance against commercial KPIS
Building contingency planning as a part of a project management process to ensure we exceed client goals and ambitions
Skill and Experience
Essential:
Previous experience in conducting learning needs analysis (LNA)
Experience in creating training content and training delivery
Strong leadership skills
Great understanding and passion for new technology
Effective at negotiating and influencing stakeholders.
Previous experience in E-learning portal management and projects
Strong attention to detail
