Head of Procurement – Coffee & Beverages
A key leadership role whose main purpose will be to develop and deliver the procurement strategy for coffee and beverages. Have the exciting remit to drive a very strategic category management approach to maximise value.

A bit about the role...
Reporting to the Global Procurement Director, the aim is to ensure full availability of coffee to our roastery in Basildon and all third parties. Lead the team and engage with stakeholders and suppliers to optimise delivery. Responsible for developing the joint three-year business plans, providing input into the budgeting process.
- Implement and embed a category management approach within the Team.
- Develop a risk and benefits based approach to supplier relationship management.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to key stakeholders.

- Experience of buying in commodity markets.
