Job Description
As the Head of Performance Improvement, you will deliver service improvement, tracking delivery and performance projects, whilst managing corrective action and maintaining a sustainable programme of process enhancements, controls improvements and waste elimination initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee issues and persistent operating problems which have been escalated through the Failsafe process
- Curate programs for improvement areas by building consensus across the delivery leads
- Maintain reporting against business cases, track benefits and developments arising from changes in processes
- Identify areas for improvement, acknowledging areas of existing weakness and unidentified areas which would benefit from process improvement
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a finance related field
- Experience of implementing performance improvement programmes around process efficiency
- Able to anticipate control weaknesses in processes and propose mitigating controls that add commercial value to the organisation
- A credible and enthusiastic people manager
