We are seeking a Head of People to join our purpose-led organisation made up of a team of dedicated individuals who are making a difference in nature sustainability. We are a fast-growing company, and this is an opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping our people strategy and organisational culture.
As Head of People, you will lead our human resources, oversee recruitment programmes and drive initiatives that support the overall success of our company. Focusing clearly on cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment, you will be tasked with creating and implementing programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
You will have at least ten years’ experience working in a talent & people leadership role in a high growth environment, and experience working with senior stakeholders to influence positive change across organisations.
- Permanent, full time.
- Salary range of £65,000-£80,000 depending on experience.
- Preferred location: within regular reach of Cambridge, UK.
