We are seeking a Head of Operations who will work closely with the Online Academic Director, lead the efficient and effective development and delivery of the University’s Online Portfolio.
Leading and working collaboratively across the university, providing proactive leadership and direction, taking responsibility for the development and delivery of high performing and efficient services to meet the ambitious development and delivery plans for the Online Portfolio.

We are looking for experienced customer focused high impact leaders, with experience of working in partnership and building strong links with managers at all levels within the organisation, providing expert advice to inform decision making. Experience of academic administration, the student lifecycle and client/contractor management will be essential.
