Applications are being sought for the post of Head of Operations for the East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership. The postholder will be based initially at John Muir House, Haddington and we would welcome applications from experienced and enthusiastic health or social care leaders.
East Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership are looking to appoint a Head of Operations to lead an integrated service model in the delivery of high quality, person centred care within East Lothian. We are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record in the delivery of transformational change within the arena of Health and Social Care with an excellent understanding of how the integration agenda can bring about real change to the people of East Lothian. You will be highly motivated and bring commitment, enthusiasm and an in-depth knowledge of whole system approaches to service improvement, service management and service transformation. The successful candidate will have senior management experience of working within a complex environment and a firm commitment to improving outcomes for people.
Psychometric testing will be part of the interview process.
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
