Head of Operations

Salary: £70k per annum plus excellent benefits

Hours: 35 hours per week – we are also ‘Happy to Talk Flexible Working’

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid Working - a mixture of home and office working

What will your role be?

As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing vision, leadership, and direction to the organisation, taking collective responsibility, and advising the Board and Executive Management Team on strategy and policy development.

You will lead on best practice in all issues relating to customer service, tenant scrutiny, and housing management. Managing, developing and promoting services to tenants and applicants and working closely with partner organisations to ensure that SLH tenants receive the best possible service.

You will have;

  • a comprehensive knowledge of our regulatory responsibilities and issues impacting the housing sector
  • experience of working on or with the senior management team
  • a strong track record of leadership and strategic management within a customer focussed organisation
  • extensive experience of delivering effective housing management services
  • the ability to critically evaluate information and challenge constructively
  • a strong commitment towards equality, diversity & Inclusion,
